Living sent means living
your life in motion with God.

Why do we put together so many trips? Why do we have so many mission partners? Why do we go to so many different places? Because we have to. Living sent isn't a suggestion, but a requirement.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
— Acts 1:8

Who do we go with?

Vertical Go has partners all over the world! Our partners are thoroughly researched and we are confident in their efforts to share the good news of Jesus. Read on to learn about all of the different mission partners!

Southeast Asia Tier Partners

Country/Region: Bangladesh |Co-Ed | Trip Dates: TBD

Our founding pastor, Philip Thurman, was born and raised in the mission field of Bangladesh and has a love for the Bengali people that has leaked into the hearts of the Vertical Community. We now have three mission partners with various opportunities to serve!

  • Samuel’s Ministry

    • Samuel was our first mission partner to link up with. He is a family friend of the Thurmans and has ministry work in orphanages, boys safe homes, schools within brothels to teach children, clean water well distribution, evangelism and SO much more. Our teams are able to come alongside and serve with his team in all of these areas, and we have the honor to train his staff in leadership development. We typically take teams of 8-16 people dependent on the work needed. Samuel is in the midst of a large project that will enable his ministry to be self sustaining.
For more information on how to get involved with Samuel and his ministry, please email Reshma at reshmab@livevertical.tv

  • Project Dosh

    • According to Sheikh Hasina, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, more than 100,000,000 Rohingya people are fleeing Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), crossing the border into Bangladesh, to flee the vicious military purge.  Myanmar villages are being burned and there are reports of troops beheading men, raping women and killing children.

Project Dosh is a humanitarian organization that raises money to help with social, physical and psychological needs of the refugees.  In the last year, Project Dosh has began several projects and successfully implemented them.

In August of 2017, the refugees came into Bangladesh and the world aid organizations became overwhelmed fast.

A year later many of the aid organizations have left and are no longer meeting the basic needs of the refugees.  Project Dosh has committed to stay long term to provide resources for both refugees and the host villages.

  • Reshma’s Home

    • Reshma’s Home is being built from a dream given to an ordinary girl living in south MS. A dream told to save girls from the brothel chain in Bangladesh, empower them using the gifts God has given them, and send them to defeat the culture that says women who aren’t given a good life have no hope. Reshma’s Home is an orphanage that will house 25 girls. They will be able to receive housing, food, education, and the ability to produce goods to aid their future dreams. The projected date for Reshma’s Home to be completed in Fall of 2019.
